“Kiana has provided excellent in-home care for our feline children during multiple vacations. She takes care of all of the needs for our two indoor cats - one a senior with a medical condition and the other a one-eyed scaredy cat - as well as making sure the outdoor "neighborhood cat" has food, water, and access to his heated cat house. This includes cleaning up messes that they may leave behind and making sure all is good with the senior. Knowing that we have someone who knows what to do if there are any issues with her gives us an extra sense of security that we haven't had with other caregivers.”

“Given the number of pets I have, it would be a logistical nightmare to get them all to the groomer. All of the mobile groomers I tried were either out of business, or they never responded. Kiana was quick to respond. She offered all of the services I needed (hair, ears, nails) and then some. She was very gentle with the pups. Other than one of them being a bit of a drama queen with his nails, they all seemed to enjoy the service. I will definitely be using Kiana in the future, and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for grooming services.”

Since our girl is not great around other dogs and can be fearful around strangers, taking her to a groomer is an added stress that fortunately, we will not have to encounter thanks to Kiana. She took such great care of our previous dog as a vet tech that it was a no-brainer to have her bathe and trim nails for Tuesday Grace. With her background as a vet tech, I know she has the experience and knowledge to manage difficult dog personalities and make them feel at ease. “Kiana recently medicated my cat who suffers from seizures while we were on vacation for a week. This little guy is truly special to us and we wanted to make sure he was well taken care of. She met with me prior to my absence to meet my cat and become familiar with our procedures. She had to medicate him two times a day at specific times.
